1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting inquiries, or contracting SLA for custom software development or application maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Provisioning
All IT solutions, deployments, DevOps architectures, and maintenance programs are subject to dedicated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed during the onboarding agreement phase. Timelines and pricing detailed in custom proposals are valid for 30 days from issuance.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed service contract, all custom code bases, system configurations, and custom software architectures developed by SLA remain the intellectual property of SLA until final payments are settled.
4. Limitation of Liability
SLA provides continuous monitoring and application maintenance services to prevent production downtime. However, we are not liable for outages caused by third-party hosting failures, DNS registration lapses, or external API provider deprecations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
